RCLS Limo customers have the option of remitting payments to RCLS Limo either by Debit/Credit Card or via ACH Check Processing. In either case both options will be indicated on the RESERVATION AGREEMENT allowing you to make a selection.
Full payment will be assessed to the preferred billing method of Client in advance prior to pick-up, authorized or otherwise, prior to RCLS Limo transportation services being provided.
The total amount of any payments stated on our RESERVATION AGREEMENT will be as follows:

Any RESERVATIONS made before 24-hours prior to RCLS Limo transportation services are provided will entail a 25% deposit, which will be stated on the RESERVATION AGREEMENT and will must be paid in advance either by Debit/Credit Card or via ACH Check Processing. In either case both options will be indicated on the RESERVATION AGREEMENT allowing you to make a selection.
Any RESERVATIONS made the same day (within 24-hours of when transportation is to be provided by RCLS Limo), then no advance deposits are required. Rather, customer will be charged the full fare amount for services to be rendered on that given day and must be paid in advance either by Debit/Credit Card or via ACH Check Processing. In either case both options will be indicated on the RESERVATION AGREEMENT allowing you to make a selection.
Please note that RCLS Limo services are committed to our clients depending on availability of our vehicles and drivers. Upon receipt of any RESERVATION AGREEMENT, RCLS Limo blocks out the usage of its vehicle(s) and driver(s) guaranteeing to our clients that our transportation services will be rendered per the RESERVATION AGREEMENT. Reciprocally, RCLS Limo expects the same professional courtesy having a Cancellation Policy in place ensuring payment is received should a cancellation be made by client causing RCLS Limo to lose monies for a reserved vehicle and driver that might otherwise been contracted to another party, which is similar to that of any hospitality services such as air travel, lodging, et cetera. Accordingly, RCLS Limo has instituted a Cancellation Policy as follows:
1. Any cancellations for contracted RESERVATIONS made the same day within 24-hours of when transportation is to be provided by RCLS Limo will result in customer being assessed for the full fare amount, which will be stated on the executed RESERVATION AGREEMENT.
2. Any cancellations for contracted RESERVATIONS made 24-hours prior to a contracted RESERVATION will result in customer receiving an advance deposit refund.
While most Limousine services do not post a Refund Policy, RCLS Limo acknowledges that, from time to time, a Refund may be warranted. With that stated, RCLS has instituted a Refund Policy as follows:
• RCLS Limo reserves the right at its sole discretion to authorize any refunds.
• Refunds will not be given for any lost or stolen items under any circumstances.
• RCLS Limo will not be responsible for cooling of cars on days of 85 Degrees, or more, when vehicles are at full capacity.
• RCLS Limo will not be responsible for any mechanical failures of any kind, or any occurrences being deemed as an act of GOD. While RCLS vehicles are regularly serviced and well maintained, should any mechanical issues arise, causing a vehicle to become inoperable during a transportation event, then RCLS Limo will immediately deploy another vehicle ensuring we meet your VIP expectations.
• RCLS Limo will not be responsible for any costs independent of its core transportation services.
• Refunds will be handled with the utmost professionalism and may be refused if RCLS Limo personnel is treated with any abusive behaviors, obscenities, disrespect, or otherwise.
